The entire staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable from the drive from San Diego to Mexicali and back. Communication was present with everyone even those that didn't speak English used translation apps. The hospital cleanliness was A+. The professionalism and intentional care was phenomenal. After my surgery I was fed a light meal, Carlo took care of the hotel reservations during the surgery, Maritza made sure we picked up whatever medications were needed and kept in contact with me until I was officially settled in my room. She and Carlo checked on me regularly. Any questions or concerns I had she would follow up in a timely manner. Doctor Ponce did an AMAZING job with my surgery and was available to answer ANY questions I had the next day post-op along with providing future communication if I had any other questions or concerns after leaving Mexico. To have my first cosmetic surgery experience be filled with so much quality and love was amazing! 5-STARS!
I came to this hospital in October 2021 to get a tubal reversal. We made the decision to go to Mexico for surgery because of the cost compared to the U.S and I don’t regret my decision! It was clean, professional, and comfortable. The doctor who performed my surgery explained everything to my husband and I thoroughly and even showed us pictures. Although I do recommend taking someone with you if you can, who is bilingual because some of the nurses and I had trouble communicating since I don’t know Spanish, luckily my husband does and was able to translate things though. Maritza was the person who facilitated the appointment and was very responsive, she even met us at the hospital on a Saturday (the day of my appointment) to check us in. Most importantly though my tubal reversal was successful! I’ve had an hsg procedure back home in San Diego which confirmed this. I have not gotten pregnant yet though but I’m hopeful it will happen soon.I just wanted to share my experience to any other person it may help.

I had some concerns, being a Canadian and travelling down during COVID restrictions, but Carlo personally handled my mother (who was also having surgery) and I, as well as my husband expertly. He helped us navigate a flight issue after surgery that came up and helped to drive us back over the border when it was still not allowed for Canadians to do so. Both my surgery and my mothers went very well. Dr. Sarinana knew exactly what to do during surgery for me to have the best outcome. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results! I will definitely contact Carlo to arrange any other surgeries I might consider in the future and I will definitely have Dr. Sarinana do the procedure. Highly recommend!!
