I went to this hospital with a broken foot. The service was impeccable. They were fast, very attentive and they always checked on me to make sure that I have everything I need. They connected with my travel insurance and were able to bill the insurance directly which was a huge advantage. The hospital is new, very clean and the staff is amazing. I went to quite a few hospitals in Canada and I can say that none of them can compare with this hospital. I was impressed .

My experience was such a pleasure. First and foremost, the medical procedures are done with care by professional doctors and staff. I trust that you will find the hospital and location will actually make you feel like you are on vacation. Beautiful, scenic and right in the heart of everything. The hotel was A+ and I have to mention the driver that takes you to the appointments is the best! Loved it all!

Unfortunately we had an unforeseen circumstance happen while we were on our vacation. We were helped by Sandra at the front desk who was extremely attentive and helpful. The hospital is on the more expensive side, although it makes sense given the fact it is a private hospital. What I will say is that the entire medical team was wonderful and gave me the attention I needed in this stressful situation. Dr. Carla explained all of our options and listened to my concerns. I am so thankful that we found this emergency room and were able to come and get the help we needed. If you are ever in Cancun, please come here!

This hospital is beautiful clean and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend if you have anything that is bothering you don’t hesitate to be checked out. I feel like people are nervous about going to a hospital in Mexico. It’s WAY nicer here than Canadian hospitals. No wait at all and reasonable price.
