Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, emails, and texts (primarily US, UK, and Australia).
  2. Maintain detailed records of all customer engagements and transactions.
  3. Participate in team meetings for progress updates and feedback.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Great written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingual- Spanish language preferred) 
  2. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  3. High school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Ability to work US Day Shifts with flexible hours.
  5. Familiarity with customer service CRM software.

  2. Offer guidance and support to team members as required.
